The small, completely safe M.E.G. bunker you wake up in after every ending except the true one. A couple of rooms with bunk beds and a base area whose glass cases hold pinboards of level layouts.
How to escape The Bunker
There's nothing to fight here. The Bunker is the hub for the alternate-ending routes: read the boards, then take the ID-card door through to Overgrowth, or ride the elevator to the Level 3999 ending machine or back to The Hub. You also reach it any time by pressing the 'B' button on The Hub's M.E.G. elevator once Wrong Door is done.
Clear it and you move on to Overgrowth / Level 3999 / The Hub.
