A tiny easter-egg room hidden off Level 188, and despite the name you reach it through normal play, not by cheating. Tan walls, one ceiling light, and a door at the top that knocks now and then. Nothing in it, nothing to do.
How to escape Level You Cheated
Get past the Aranea Membri guarding the wooden doors in Level 188 (hide behind the glass and sprint when it drifts off) and step through. There's no objective and no items, just the room. The corridor behind it leads straight back to Level 188, so it's a dead end you visit for the secret, not a route onward.
Clear it and you move on to back to Level 188.
Entities on this level
A fast, skull-headed spider that drops out of the vents in the hotel courtyard level. It's quicker than you are in the open.
Survive: Don't try to outrun it down a straight hallway. Duck into a corner room and break its sightline. It tends to trigger if you take the side door, so stick to the main route through the courtyard.
