A long red-lit hospital corridor with sirens blaring and a Smiler plus a pack of six Partygoers on your heels from the first second. It's billed as the most dangerous level for the simple reason that it never stops chasing you.
How to escape Run For Your Life!
Run. Don't stop, don't look back. Doors swing open across the hall as obstacles, so weave through them, and when the main path is blocked take the open left route, where a Partygoer waits to chase you. Reach the door at the very end and you're through. Any hesitation is fatal.
Clear it and you move on to The End.

- ▸It is a pure sprint from the first second, with no fighting and no hiding. Any hesitation is fatal.
- ▸Doors swing open across the hall as obstacles. Weave through them without slowing down.
- ▸When the main path is blocked, take the open left route, but know a Partygoer waits there to join the chase.
- ▸Do not look back. The camera-turn people do to check the chase behind them is exactly what costs the run.
Co-op: Everyone runs their own line and there is no reviving mid-chase. Agree on the left-route detour before you start so nobody freezes at the block.
Entities on this level
Two glowing eyes and a wide grin hanging in the dark. Smilers live in the unlit stretches and rush you if you sit in shadow too long.
Survive: Stay in the light. They won't step into a lit area, so hop between light sources and never stop somewhere dark. If one shows up, back toward the nearest light instead of running blind. A flashlight to the face puts it down on some levels.
The grinning, party-hatted residents of the Fun levels. They come in numbers and corner anyone who wanders in careless, lost somewhere among the streamers and confetti.
Survive: Keep moving and keep your distance. Never let them box you into a dead-end room. Learn the route before you commit, and don't backtrack into a crowd of them. Crouch and stay quiet when one is near.
